Every cloud has a silver lining.
My Dodge Magnum was parked in the driveway, when my Mom’s 85 year old friend came to pick her up. Nobody is real sure what happened, but I suspect the gas pedal was mistaken for the brake. The Magnum was sandwiched between the garage and the misguided 94 Ford Tempo. Fortunately nobody was hurt and not even the 64 Imperial, inside the garage, was harmed. The poor Tempo was a complete loss. Kent’s autobody restored my Magnum to better than before condition. I mentioned the possibility of helping to find a Tempo replacement to a friend and seconds later images were flying by on the computer screen. I yelled out "Wait! what was that?" A small shadowy picture of this car in a driveway caught my eye. This car and tons of South Dakota dust became mine about Thanksgiving time 2009.
