How To Make Your Ex Boyfriend Stop Ignoring You – Expert Tips That Will Change His Attitude Fast

How To Make Your Ex Boyfriend Stop Ignoring You – Expert Tips That Will Change His Attitude Fast

When your ex boyfriend told you he needed space, you thought he just had some things on his mind and needed to work them out. You thought that in a couple of days he would be his old loving self and everything would be fine. But it has been over a week and he hasn’t called. You try to call him and he hangs up on you. What is going? Why is he doing this? If this is happening to you, it is time you learn how to make your ex boyfriend stop ignoring you. Here are expert tips to make him change his attitude fast.

When he hangs up on you, you might think of sending an email or text message and apologize for anything you did to hurt him. You hope this will make him see how much you need him and he will rush right back to your arms. That might happen in movies or on television, but this is real life. Any attempt to contact him soon after a breakup, will be met with rejection. All you are doing is making yourself look needy and desperate. That is not the way to make him want you again. It will more likely confirm his decision to breakup with you.

You have to face the fact that this is a breakup and he is no longer your boyfriend. By ignoring you, your ex is showing you that he does not need you. To get him back and make him love you again, you need to show him you do not need him. This will not be easy for you because you feel you should stay close to him so he will not find someone else. But if you keep pressuring him, you will lose him for good. The best thing you can do to make him change his attitude is take yourself completely out of his life.

You will have to keep from having any contact with him for a few weeks. During this time it is crucial that you stay busy and think of him as little as possible. Your family will be a big help at this time and so will your friends. Rely on the love and support of your family to help regain your confidence. Go out with your friends and have a good time. Be sure to include some good looking guys in your group. When news of you being out having fun, your ex will not know if one of the guys was your date.

Suddenly your ex boyfriend will realize that he has been acting like a real jerk. He will be sorry that he ignored you and treated you so badly. Feeling that he might have lost you by his foolish actions will make him desperate to get you back. When he is ignoring you, show him you can have a life without him and he will change his attitude fast.

Relationship Help With A Change Of Perspective
Experiencing Peace During Financial Breakdown

How do you stay in a good place when youre in financial breakdown? If you go into a bad place, youre freaked out, scared, resentful, agitated, well, your ability to get out of the breakdown is greatly thwarted. Its imperative that you work on getting into an optimal, optimistic, joyous state when you are in financial peril.

Now, thats not easy to do. What I recommend that you do is, first of all, you work to accept the situation exactly as it is. So often people are in a blame game. Theyre never saying, Well, listen, Im the one who said yes. Im the one who made those decisions. I signed my name on the line there. Im the one who went into this not thinking about, you know, what are the potential risks. When I signed up for this, I knew there were going to be risks. So often were not owning it and saying, Wait it was me. I did this.

But Ill tell you right now, one of the ways to feel good in the middle of a breakdown is to own it and say, You know what? I did this. I made this happen. This financial disaster is me. You do that, you start to feel good again. You start to feel powerful. You realize youre the creator of your experience.

Another trick to staying in good spirits while you are in the middle of financial breakdown is to make sure that you forecast out what is the worst possible thing that could happen to you in this particular breakdown and you make peace with it. If you will fantasize what is the worst possible thing and then you make peace with that, you will be at peace now in the process, and thats the goal.

Should You Change Car Insurance Companies?

Should You Change Car Insurance Companies?
For some reasons you should change your current car insurance companies. Because, maybe you are paying more than what you have expected and the customer service is not good neither. This article will list for you some factors that you should consider.

Lower payments

Lower payments is a common reason to shop around. A good method is to visit several websites. They can provide you with online quotes in a matter of minutes. However, do not forget that many things affect your monthly payments.

One major decision is the deductible amount. Everyone knows that the higher amounts are cheaper. Make sure that you can afford a much higher deductible. Will you have $ 1,000 when your car needs repairs? You may not be able to wait on repairs. This car may be your main source of transportation. A lot of people may decide that the higher deductible is not an economic benefit. It involves a great deal of risk.

Claims service

The type of service that you get, is just as important as the premium. Low payments are not worth the price of shoddy customer service. You will not want to wait weeks to get your car repaired. You also do not want to endure a lot of paperwork and headaches, either. Always check into the quality of service. Ask present customers. Check customer reviews online. Ask family and friends for recommendations.

More benefits

Some policies will provide you with more benefits than others. However, they may be hidden. You may need to investigate closer. For example, two policies may appear identical. One may give you free roadside assistance. The other may not. This can mean a savings of $ 100 or more each year.

Check into other hidden advantages. You might find programs that reward good drivers. This will save you a lot of money on premiums. There are programs that will lower your deductible amounts. The longer you go without claims, the lower your deductible will be. It can be as low as nothing. This may not show up in your premium. However, it can mean a big savings, when you have your car repaired.

Conclusion

There are many good reasons to consider changing car insurance companies. Do an online search. You will find many sites that give you quick quotes. Do not forget the risk involved with high deductibles. You can save money, but it could mean future troubles. Choose a provider that gives very good claims service. Ask friends and family for referrals. Read online reviews, also. Do not forget the hidden advantages. Things like roadside assistance can make one policy more valuable than another. Check into programs that reward good drivers.

You should compare rates if you are looking for fully comprehensive car insurance or any other general auto insurance online to get the best deal on your car insurance.

7 Tips on Why Your Ex Left and How to Change This

7 Tips on Why Your Ex Left and How to Change This

Are you broken hearted wondering how you got dumped and why your ex would leave you so abruptly? Being broken hearted and clueless is not a good situation to find yourself in, which is why the following seven tips on why your ex left and how to change this may help you out.

Once you figure out why your ex left you will stand a much better chance of figuring out how to get them to come back!

Moving too quickly

Was your relationship moving along so quick that you had the fine china and baby seat picked out when you have only been together for a few months will kill a relationship real quick even if you are not dating a commitment-phoebe.

You will have to make strides to keep your relationship goals at reasonable lengths if you do not want to experience the same problem again.

Too much attention

Were you your ex’s largest fan? As in you followed them everywhere like a personal cheer team and constantly told them how to do everything?

Chances are your ex had parents to do this for them and for most people getting the same affection from a partner is just plain irritating.

Co-dependency

Once you were in the relationship did you look for your ex for advice and guidance on everything you did?

Co-dependency is cute at first but quickly gets old and annoying so next time make it clear that you are capable of hanging out with your own friends and completing your own activities if you do not want to see another breakup.

Lack of communication

Were discussions hard between you as your ex often thought one thing and you thought another? A lack of communication is the leading reason why most relationships fail.

The only way to combat this problem is to make sure that you take time to clearly discuss issues and problems before they become large enough to kill a relationship.

On a different commitment plane

Did you walk into the relationship looking for marriage while your partner walked in looking for a summer fling?

This can be partially due to a lack of communication and partially due to intentional denial, but if you want the most out of a relationship it is best to define what you want before getting emotionally invested.

Jealousy

If one partner is quick to fly into a jealous rage over issues that do not warrant it this can quickly lead to situations where one partner believes they are being smothered and the other is always thinking the worst.

If you are the jealous party you will have to keep your emotions in check and try to be reasonable otherwise you will drive your partner away again.

Trust issues

Related to jealousy, if someone breaks the other partner’s trust this will almost always end a relationship. It is hard to get over a breach of trust, but if both parties are willing to work at it then you need to enter the situation with an open mind.

If you are unwilling to ever forget and continue to be resentful it will never work out.

Inspirational Reading to Change Your Life

Inspirational Reading to Change Your Life

One of the joys of being on my summer holiday is the luxury of being able to indulge my passion for reading. Judging by the number of people I see absorbed in a book by the pool, I am not alone in this.

This year however I decided to do something different. I put aside my usual holiday reading mix of “30-something female lit”, action thrillers and the classics (I always had an eclectic taste in reading, I’ll read anything – even the cornflake packet if there is nothing else at hand). Instead I decided to read the self-development books that had been on my bookcase for some time. Do I regret my decision? Absolutely not, I was as hooked by these books as any page turning “whodunnit?”.

Here are the books I read on my sunbed this summer, that I would like to share with you. Read on if you would like to add some inspirational material to your reading list. I have no doubt they will motivate you to kick start some changes to your life.

The monk who sold his Ferrari by Robin S. Sharma

This is the story of a successful, well known lawyer whose out of balance life leads to an almost fatal heart attack. He quits his job and old lifestyle to embark on a spiritual journey which teaches him to live with greater passion, purpose and peace. Different self development techniques and theories are woven into the story in a very natural way. An enjoyable read on two levels; both for the story and the messages within. It would be enjoyed by those new to the world of self-development as well as those with more experience.

Feel the Fear and Do it Anyway by Susan Jeffers

The sub-title of this book is “How to Turn Your Fear and Indecision into Confidence and Action”. I cannot recommend this book highly enough, it has been enjoyed by millions around the world. Susan talks about different ways to tackle your fear or lack of confidence or whatever you choose to call it, that stops you from taking the action you want to take. In my opinion it should be a compulsory text in schools and colleges. The book is filled with examples, many from the author’s own life, that illustrate just how effective her approach is. A must read.

The Confidence Plan by Sarah Litvinoff

Another book that tackles the issue of confidence (or lack of it) and how to address it, so as to get more out of life or improve the quality of your life. A different approach to that taken by Susan Jeffers “Feel the fear”, yet equally instructive and usable. The book is broken down into her 10 step plan to increase your confidence. The Confidence Plan is full of real life examples (with lots of detail, which I loved) and exercises. To my mind a great companion to “Feel the fear”.

Chicken Soup for the Soul by Jack Canfield and Mark Victor Hansen

Perfect for when you are in need of something with a high feel good factor. Chicken Soup is a collection of inspirational stories that celebrate all the best qualities we share as human beings. A great book to read on the beach as you can pick it up, read one or two stories and then go for another dip in the sea (feeling all warm and fuzzy towards your fellow man).

Losing my Virginity by Richard Branson

This is Richard Branson’s own take on his life so far. It reveals his unique philosophy on commerce, success and life. His insights into his childhood help to explain how he became the man he did. With extracts from his ballooning adventure diaries and the story of the Virgin empire highs and lows, it really is a page turner. Recommended for anyone interested in business, what lies behind an entrepreneur and all those who grew up with the Virgin brand.

I hope you are inspired to read some of these books yourself. Happy reading.

Change Emptiness to Happiness With Acceptance and by Being True to Yourself

Change Emptiness to Happiness With Acceptance and by Being True to Yourself

So, instead of going to heaven, at last -I’m going, all along. ~ Emily Dickinson

We frequently attempt to prove our value to ourselves and to others through external accomplishments. We may get college degrees, lose weight or work eighty-hour weeks. We do this in order to make the emptiness go away or from a mistaken belief that it will result in happiness. But we get only fleeting glimpses of joy this way; the emptiness remains. Our real goal has been love and fulfillment.

Action is necessary, but not sufficient, to fill the emptiness. Doing and accomplishing things does not create happiness. This will come only with love and meaning. The absence of love is toxic and debilitating. It can however, be learned. Yes, it is better to give than to receive, but the experience of receiving is an essential foundation of life. By receiving love we learn to value ourselves. Self-love, then, is the seed for love of others and the prime ingredient that fills the emptiness. Only with the confidence of love are we able to embrace the possibility of joy and fulfillment. Do you frequently criticize yourself? Begin to embrace the fact that your mistakes are not a measure of your self-worth but a measure of your humanity. Rather than casually dismissing praise, practice accepting with gratitude gifts of acknowledgment you receive from others.

Fulfillment does not come with the achievement of goals; it is not a finite end but an ongoing process. It is the result of living in the present moment rather than in the illusion that some future event will result in happiness. The accomplishment of goals brings feelings of satisfaction and pleasure, but they are temporary and we soon revert to the same general state of emptiness or happiness in which we lived before the event. Goals are good as long as they are in accord with our true desires, a part of a meaningful life rather than an end. Certainly enjoy your successes, but don’t kid yourself into believing that success is in itself happiness. In the same way, failure is not an indicator of unhappiness; instead, it’s an indicator of change, nothing more and nothing less. Both success and failure are important elements of a joyful life.

Be true to yourself; identify the people and things which are most significant to you and nurture them. Live your life with gratitude, enthusiasm, and a giving heart. Practice looking for the good in life, this is not an easy accomplishment, it takes considerable effort. Be fearless; know that both pain and pleasure are essential facets of life, not to be shunned. Accept them equally, but do not obsess with either. The result of this is increasing courage and confidence in the face of adversity. Surely, the emptiness will begin to dissolve; the path to happiness will be yours.

How to change profitable strategy into auto trading income

How to change profitable strategy into auto trading income

Winning Strategy

This is the most important portion in any Forex or Stock trading. You have to have winning strategy with rules and setup you follow every day in order to trade and earn profit from your trading. You may be using long or short term strategy on multiple currency and many different timeframe. In general, you need to have winning strategy.

Manual trade

Once you have a winning strategy, you have to try it out by manual trading. This portion of manual trading is more paper trading using paper money. Once you try a few trades, do review and refine your trading strategy and try again. Within weeks, you will have a refined trading strategy that works and gain profit for you.

Back ward testing

Next is back ward testing your strategy using historical data and chart. I would suggest at least back test up to 12 months of historical data to really fool proof your strategy. There are many Financial news through out the whole year which can affect the price of the currency and is important that your strategy can withstand those hugh trends and spike of price.

Code yourself

Once you have revise and refine your trading strategy by manual trading and backward testing, you are now ready to proceed to the next step is to automate your trading strategy. For programmer and self help trader, you may want to do the programming and code it yourself. You can use MT4 MQL to code it and there are many forum and blogs out there helping you to create your own Expert Advisor.

Hire a programmer

If you are not a hard-core programmer, you can always outsource the programming part to others. You can check out at elance.com or any other out-sourcing website where you can post your job and hire experience programmer in MT4 to handle your codes. This process will take a bit of time as you will need to run and check if the software is working according to your manual trading and backward testing.

Join a Forex Academy

The next alternative is to join a Forex School or Teaching Academy. Once you proof your strategy to them, they will help to automated your strategy and start offering to their students. In this way, you will ride on the school resources and gain passive income via rights or loyalties.

Post if out for partnership project.

This is the last suggestion and it does work wonders. MT4 programmer will know about it and help to program into software codes. They can help you run, test and debug the simulation results. You can work with them to develop other software with other strategy, a win-win situation.

Change, It’s the Way of Life

Change, It’s the Way of Life

I just read an article titled, Change or Die! Now that may sound pretty radical, I agree. But the reality is that unless we change, we won’t grow, and eventual death is a certainty. Maybe not physical death, but we will begin to experience and sense different areas of our lives becoming stagnate, declining and heading in the wrong direction.

Have you ever bumped into someone you haven’t seen in a long time? Their hair looks the same, they sound the same and they are still talking about the same things you heard the last you saw them. It is almost as if time has stood still. The fact is that time hasn’t stood still; they have actually digressed and are now in decline. We are always moving forward or going backwards. There is no in between. As soon as you stand still, you have lost your place and are now further behind from where you started. Life is a marathon, not a race. You will reach the finish if you continue to run.

Look at the parallels between a river and a pond? For the pond, there is little or no movement, the water is stagnate, there is often an odor and there is usually bugs swarming just above the surface. Now there might be some fish, but there isn’t very much that is beautiful about a pond. Smelly, muddy, and stagnate.

(stag-nate)

a) to cease to run or flow, as water, air,
b) to be or become stale or foul from standing, as a pool of water
c) to stop developing, growing, progressing, or advancing
d) to be or become sluggish and dull

In the river, the water is moving. Yes it came from somewhere, but it is also going somewhere. There is life and the water is always taking on different shapes, sizes and forms. There is constant movement. Often rivers are used to generate power from within the structure of a dam. If the river is powerful enough, it can change the landscape, culture and bring life to all it comes in contact with.

Our lives are very similar. We are either moving, changing, growing and generating life, or we have become stagnate, still and sluggish and dull.

“It is possible to change and not grow, but it is impossible to grow without change.’

There is so much more to life that we could and should be experiencing, but we can’t and never will because of our unwillingness to change. Change is not a “dirty” word. Change can be and should be a part of our everyday life.

We need to be daily evaluating all areas of our life.

1) Start small. (Don’t change too much too fast. I had a friend who tried to quit smoking, quit his obsessive drinking and lose weight all at the same time. You guessed it, he failed at all three. Start small, one change at a time.)

2) Let go of your past in order to embrace your future. (Most of your yesterday cannot be brought into your tomorrow.)

3) Allow yourself to make mistakes. (Not every change is going to work for you. Not every change is going to help you grow. But keep changing, keep growing and keep moving forward.)

Get out of the pond and into the river. If you change you will grow!

Day 281: Changes In Me

Day 281: Changes In Me

281/365
March 4, 2010
I’m going to confess, this picture is just as much of a surprise to me as it is to you. I literally came out from ethics and had 20 minutes to take pictures and read the pages I was supposed to for my next class (procrastination, gotta love it). I had NO clue what I wanted to do today…so I literally stepped in front of the camera, took three pictures of me just standing there and went on with my day. It wasn’t until later that I came up with this idea…which I don’t know if I like or not yet.

Just a warning for everyone, my pictures will probably go downhill for the next week or so. I’m going back to Ohio to the SLOWEST computer on the face of the earth. Tomorrow I’ll be on a train most of the day but will attempt to get a picture cranked out and edited before I leave…we’ll see. If not, expect it the day after…

I really need this break but I can’t help but be a little sad. A few months ago Garry and I were talking about seeing one another for spring break…that’s obviously not going to happen. It makes me worry about this summer…if I don’t get to see him this summer we’ll have gone a year + without seeing one another and already we’re beginning to slowly slip into some sort of madness-him especially. I sometimes step back and wonder how in the world I have gone this long without scratching my eyes out :S I dunno…

Either way, I plan on sleeping…a LOT. I won’t get back to Ohio until 3am then it’s another hour drive to the house. I’ll be alright though…

TRF: My friends and I went to Taco Bell last night which was oh so yummy! Then we went back to Melissa’s house and watched Joseph and the Amazing Technicolor Dreamcoat. Basically I like the movie only because I performed in it my Junior year of high school but watching it with 3 hardcore Christians made me really uncomfortable….
